应用沙眼衣原体内源性质粒引物和鹦鹉热衣原体16srRNA基因引物,对沙眼衣原体眼部感染和尿道感染进行快速检测。49份临床诊断为沙眼的标本经PCR检测,阳性31份,阴性18份;28份临床诊断为非淋菌性尿道炎的标本,经PCR检测,阳性11份;阴性17份。以上结果分别与国际公认的免疫荧光试剂盒(IFA)和酶联免疫(ELISA)试剂盒对同一标本的检测结果进行了比较,表明多聚酶链反应技术远较IFA和ELISA灵敏,是快速检测沙眼衣原体感染的有力手段。
Chlamydia trachomatis ocular infection and urethral infection were rapidly detected by using primers of endogenous plasmid of Chlamydia trachomatis and 16srRNA gene of Chlamydia psittaci. Of the 49 clinically diagnosed as trachoma specimens, 31 were positive and 18 were negative, respectively. Twenty-eight specimens were clinically diagnosed as non-gonococcal urethritis, and 11 were positive by PCR. The above results were compared with those of IFA and ELISA kit, respectively. The results showed that polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was more sensitive than IFA and ELISA, and it was a rapid method to detect Chlamydia trachomatis A powerful means of infection.
