利用SDSPAGE方法对小麦(黑麦)异源重组系异源2号组配的22个强优势杂交组合的亲本进行了谷蛋白分析。结果表明,谷蛋白图谱能将所有亲本区分开。统计了电泳分离出的HMW亚基和部分LMW亚基谱带,共25条相对迁移率不同的谱带,其中,24条具多态性。父本异源2号与其强优势组合母本问谷蛋白遗传距离较大,平均值为0.54。聚类结果表明,所有亲本可划分为两大类,异源2号可单独划分为一亚类。谷蛋白遗传距离与亲本各性状表型差异及F1各性状杂种优势间相关均不显著,难以用于预测杂种优势。
The glutenin analysis was carried out using the SDSPAGE method for 22 parents of the heterotic recombined line heterologous 2 wheat (rye) heterosis. The results show that gluten profiles can distinguish all parents. The HMW subunit and some LMW subunit bands separated by electrophoresis were counted. A total of 25 bands with different relative mobility were obtained, of which 24 were polymorphic. The genetic distance between the male parent Heterologous 2 and its strong dominant parent parental glutelin was large, with an average of 0.54. The clustering results showed that all the parents could be divided into two major categories, and the heterologous No.2 could be divided into a single subclass. There was no significant correlation between the genetic distance of glutenin and the phenotypic differences of the traits and F1 heterosis. It was difficult to predict the heterosis.
