目的 通过预防性用药 ,观察大鼠寒冷条件下生化指标的变化 ,评价抗寒霜对提高耐寒能力的作用 ,为预防冻伤提供有效的药物及给药途径。方法 制备大鼠左足冻伤模型。实验分为三组 ,对照组为冻伤模型组 ,实验 1组为抗寒Ⅰ号霜组 ,实验 2组为抗寒Ⅱ号霜组 ,检测生化指标 2 2项。结果 对照组转氨酶(ALT、AST)、尿素氮 (BUN)均显著增高 ,血清乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、肌酸激酶 (CK)、羟丁酸脱氢酶 (HBD)、胆碱脂酶 (CHE)活性增强 ,与两个实验组相比较有显著性差异。结论 抗寒霜对寒冷条件下大鼠的重要器官有一定的保护作用 ,从而为进一步深入研究提供了可靠依据。
OBJECTIVE To observe the changes of biochemical indexes in rats under cold conditions, evaluate the effect of anti-frost on improving cold resistance and provide effective drugs and routes of administration to prevent frostbite. Methods Preparation of left foot injury model in rats. The experiment was divided into three groups, the control group was frostbite model group, the experimental group 1 was frost-resistant Ⅰ frost group, the experimental group 2 was frost-cold Ⅱ frost group, and the biochemical indexes 22 were detected. Results The levels of ALT and BUN in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Serum levels of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBD), cholinesterase CHE) activity increased, compared with the two experimental groups were significantly different. Conclusion The anti-frost can protect the vital organs of rats under cold conditions, thus providing a reliable basis for further study.
