目的:探讨血水草白屈菜红碱(Chelerythrine,CHE)杀灭尾蚴、预防日本血吸虫感染的保护性效果。方法:实验室配置浓度分别为100 mg/L,50 mg/L,25 mg/L,12.5 mg/L,6.25 mg/L,3.125 mg/L的CHE溶液,采用玻片法灭蚴,观察15 min,30 min,60 min,120 min时尾蚴的死亡率;实验室防护动物血吸虫感染的实验,所用CHE溶液浓度同前。结果:尾蚴接触药物25 mg/L,60 min死亡率为88%,50 mg/L、60 min死亡率为100%。100 mg/L组药物浸杀尾蚴30 min后,对小鼠的防护率为100%;50 mg/L组药物浸杀尾蚴30min的防护率为82.35%。结论:CHE具有杀灭日本血吸虫尾蚴的作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Chelerythrine (CHE) on killing cercariae and preventing Schistosoma japonicum infection. Methods: The laboratory was equipped with CHE solution of 100 mg / L, 50 mg / L, 25 mg / L, 12.5 mg / L, 6.25 mg / L and 3.125 mg / L, min, 30 min, 60 min, 120 min mortality of cercariae; laboratory protective animals schistosome infection experiments, the concentration of CHE used the same as before. Results: The cercariae exposure to drugs 25 mg / L, 60 min mortality was 88%, 50 mg / L, 60 min mortality was 100%. The protective rate of 100 mg / L group was 100% when the cercaria was soaked in cercariae for 30 min, while the protective rate of cercariae 50 mg / L for 30 min was 82.35%. Conclusion: CHE has the effect of killing Schistosoma japonicum cercariae.
