目的总结并分享严重大面积软组织缺损应用负压封闭引流技术的护理经验。方法回顾锦州市中心医院骨科2017年1月至2019年1月收治的大面积软组织缺损患者40例,均采取负压封闭引流技术进行治疗。其中男性患者26例,女性患者14例,年龄18~67岁,平均年龄(35.2±6.7)岁。上肢软组织缺损9例,下肢软组织缺损26例,足部软组织缺损5例;感染时间5~16d;创面面积8~22cm^2,平均(15.1±4.2)cm^2。骨折固定、坏死组织清除后采取负压封闭引流。结果40例患者中治愈19例,显效
