入选理由:碳纳米管(CNT)具备很多优异而独特的光学、电学和机械特性,可以代替传统的ITO薄膜应用在未来的柔性可穿戴设备中。该项目研发出的可穿戴用柔性光电薄膜制备技术,用一种简易快速喷涂与酸处理技术相结合的技术以及棒涂法与酸处理优化技术相结合,可以大面积快速制备碳纳米管柔性透明导电薄膜,能够克服ITO薄膜的很多缺点,在保持高透光率的前提下提高柔性碳纳米管导电薄膜的导电性能,降低面电阻,降低成本,有望应用于光电器件等诸多领域。
