用奥尔逊法测定石灰性和中性土壤有效磷,是较好的方法.这个以“HCO_3~-”为基础的浸提液,受温度影响很大.为了提高分析质量,我们初步开展了此项工作的研究.用0.5N NaHCO_3(奥尔逊液),分别在温度10、15、20、25、30℃条件下,浸提六个土样(每个土样均为三次重复的平均值),在室温20℃左右显色测定;以20℃浸提土壤有效磷为对照,对其它温度的有效磷进行单相关统计分析,结果如下表:
