绩效评估是在企业组织兴起的一种提升企业综合竞争力的管理方法和手段,在私企部门领域取得了较好的管理效果,近年来已被视为我国行政组织改革不可回避的主题。绩效评估对行政组织影响深远,科学的评估会促进行政组织绩效的提高、重塑政府形象,不完善的绩效评估会造成政府滋生不良风气等消极作用。
Performance appraisal is a kind of management method and means to promote the enterprise’s overall competitiveness in the rise of the enterprise organization.
