按照中央决定,从2005年开始,在 全党开展以实践“三个代表”重要思想为 主要内容的保持共产党员先进性教育活 动。新组建的河南省农村信用社联合社党 委在河南省委的统一领导和部署下,参加 了第一批开展保持共产党员先进性教育活 动。今年,是全面落实树立科学发展观和 建立社会主义和谐社会的关键年份,农信 社改革也进入发展的攻坚阶段。开展党员 先进性教育为加快农信社改革发展的进程 提供了难得的契机。
