作者应用定量CT测量96例健康白种女孩腰椎皮质骨和髓质骨密度,以明确生长期中轴骨各部骨量变化特征,进而确定各种人体测量指数,青春状态与相应髓质骨和皮质骨密度间的关系。所有研究对象的性成熟状态依Tanner五期法进行了分类;根据同一天左手和腕关节的X线平片测定骨龄,并测量L_1~L_3椎体中部的皮质骨和髓质骨密度及同一层面椎体的面积、高度和大小;同时行L_3水平椎旁肌肉及腹腔脂肪量的CT测量。
