最近,我们对湘鄂川黔的怀化、黔东南、铜仁。鄂西自治州、黔江、大庸、湘西自治州的17家物资企业进行资金使用情况调查,发现大部分企业对流动资金管理和运用重视不够,因此导致资金匮乏,流动资金“流”而不“动”,既严重阻碍了资金的周转,又影响了正常的购销经营业务。资料表明,这17家物资企业流动资金不合理占用分别占国家及企业自有流云动资金、全部流动资金和银行流动资金贷款的74.3％、49.8％和75.4％。
Recently, we are in Huaihua, Southeast Guizhou, and Tongren of Hunan, Hubei, and Sichuan. The investigation of fund use by 17 material companies in Autonomous Prefecture of Western Hubei, Minjiang, Dayong, and Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture found that most companies do not pay enough attention to the management and use of liquidity, resulting in a shortage of funds and “flowing” of liquidity rather than “moving”. This not only severely impeded the turnover of funds, but also affected normal purchase and sales operations. According to the data, the unreasonable occupation of liquidity by these 17 material companies accounted for 74.3%, 49.8% and 75.4% of the national and corporate self-owned cloud-moving funds, total liquid funds and bank liquidity loans, respectively.
