虽然士官教育和培训体系在不断完善,但士官院校往往专注于专业技术人才的培养,而鲜有涉及学员人文素质的培养,这将会影响整个士官教育的实效,以及学员的长远发展。本文认为,基于培养高素质人才、提升军队核心文化竞争力、转变青年官兵兴趣爱好点等原因,理应在士官教育中适当增加人文素质内容的比例。
Although the education and training system for noncommissioned officers is constantly improving, noncommissioned and non-governmental academic institutions tend to focus on the training of professional and technical personnel, but seldom involve the cultivation of humanistic qualities of trainees. This will affect the effectiveness of non-commissioned officers’ education and the long-term development of trainees. This paper argues that due to reasons such as cultivating high-quality talents, enhancing the core cultural competitiveness of the military and changing the interest of young officers and soldiers, it is reasonable to increase the proportion of humanistic quality in non-official education.
