目的通过对南通市餐饮具集中消毒单位卫生现状调查,为如何加强餐饮具集中消毒单位卫生监督管理,提高其卫生管理水平和消毒餐饮具的合格率提供参考。方法对目前南通市87家餐饮具集中消毒单位进行现状调查。结果南通市87家餐饮具集中消毒单位的现状调查情况不容乐观,存在诸多卫生安全隐患。结论结合实际采取有效方法及提出建议,对餐饮具集中消毒单位加强管理,探索对餐饮具集中消毒单位的长效管理机制,切实保障人民群众饮食安全。
Objective To investigate the sanitary status of centralized disinfection unit of tableware in Nantong City and provide reference for how to strengthen the hygiene supervision and management of the centralized disinfection unit of tableware and improve the level of hygiene management and pass rate of tableware for disinfection. Methods Present investigation on the 87 disinfection units in Nantong City. Results Nantong 87 catering units centralized disinfection unit status survey is not optimistic, there are many health and safety risks. Conclusion Combining the actual methods and suggestions, we should strengthen the management of the centralized disinfection units of tableware, explore the long-term management mechanism of centralized disinfection units of tableware, and ensure the safety of people’s diet.
