在现代企业的战略管理体系里,财务管理占有非常重要的地位。一些企业为了实现企业发展战略,也为了能够进一步提高企业自身的整体管理水平,都纷纷实施了一系列的相关措施来加强企业的财务管理。可是由于对各种问题认识的不够全面,知识理解上出现偏差,做不到职能管理一步到位等,导致了财务管理上面的弱化,而且也降低了工业企业的核心竞争力。本文先打算从财务的角度谈谈建设工程项目财务参与管理的内容,然后对企业在实际的财务管理中所出现的状况进行了总结,并针对这些问题提出相对合理的解决方法,以完善企业在财务管理中的漏洞,提升企业自身的核心竞争力。
