目的采用配合物分光光度法测定呋麻滴鼻液中呋喃西林的含量。方法在水溶液中,镍(Ⅱ)和呋喃西林生成配合物,在373.5nm产生较强的紫外吸收峰。结果线性范围为0.96~6.0μg/mL,回归方程为A=0.1053ρ+0.01195(r=0.9995),检测限为0.025μg/mL。结论该法测定制剂中呋喃西林的灵敏度大大提高。
Objective To determine the content of nitrofural in furosemide nasal drops by complex spectrophotometry. Methods In aqueous solution, nickel (Ⅱ) and nitrofurazone produce complexes with strong UV absorption at 373.5 nm. The linear range was 0.96 ~ 6.0μg / mL. The regression equation was A = 0.1053ρ + 0.01195 (r = 0.9995). The detection limit was 0.025μg / mL. Conclusion The method for the determination of nitrofurazone sensitivity greatly increased.
