[目的]论证5种除草剂对2种寄生型白僵菌孢子萌发的影响。[方法]根据农药室内生物测定试验准则—抑制病原真菌孢子萌发试验凹玻片法。[结果]精异丙甲草胺、硝磺草酮对2种寄生型白僵菌孢子萌发抑制最为明显,与其他几种除草剂比较,差异性显著;而激素性除草剂二氯吡啶酸、氯氟吡氧乙酸对寄生于玉米螟型白僵菌孢子萌发影响不大,莠去津对2种寄生型白僵菌孢子萌发都有影响,与空白对照比较,差异显著。[结论]白僵菌的储存、使用,应尽量避开除草剂,特别是要避开精异丙甲草胺、硝磺草酮等药剂。
[Objective] The research aimed to demonstrate the effect of five kinds of herbicides on spore germination of two parasitic strains of Beauveria bassiana. [Method] According to the Pesticide indoor bioassay test guideline - inhibition of pathogen fungus spore germination test concave slide method. [Result] The effects of s-metolachlor and mesotrione on the spore germination of the two parasitism were the most obvious. Compared with other herbicides, the differences were significant. The hormonal herbicides, clopyralid, Fluvastatin had little effect on the spore germination of B. bassiana parasitized on the stem borer, atrazine had significant effects on the spore germination of the two parasitism Beauveria bassiana. Compared with the blank control, the difference was significant. [Conclusion] Beauveria burgdorferi should be stored and used as far as possible to avoid the herbicides, especially to avoid the drugs such as metolachlor, mesotrione and so on.
