目的通过分析承德市2008-2010年手足口病监测结果,了解该病在该地流行分布情况,为制订手足口病预防控制策略提供依据。方法收集承德市2008-2010年手足口病疫情资料,用Excel表统计分析。结果自2008年手足口病纳入国家丙类法定传染病监测和报告后,手足口病病例持续增多,5岁以下婴幼儿病人常见,发病婴幼儿中1~3岁易发生死亡,实验室诊断中检测CoxA16病毒较多。结论承德市手足口病已成为常见病,流行区域广,夏秋季高发。加强托幼儿童的卫生管理是控制手足口疫情暴发和蔓延有效措施之一。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological distribution of hand-foot-mouth disease in Chengde from 2008 to 2010 and provide the basis for the prevention and control strategy of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods The data of hand-foot-mouth disease outbreak in Chengde from 2008 to 2010 were collected and statistically analyzed with Excel. Results Since 2008, hand-foot-mouth disease into national category C legal infectious disease surveillance and reporting, the number of cases of hand-foot-mouth disease continued to increase, less than 5 years of age infants and young children common in infants and young children 1-3 years old prone to death, laboratory diagnosis CoxA16 virus detection more. Conclusion Hand, foot and mouth disease in Chengde City has become a common disease with a wide epidemic area and high incidence in summer and autumn. Strengthening the health management of children and young children is one of the effective measures to control the outbreak and spread of hand-foot-mouth epidemic.
