目的:调查铜陵市农药中毒的发生情况,为制定农药中毒防治对策提供科学依据。方法:对2006-2007年铜陵市农药中毒监测系统报告的432例农药中毒病例和主动监测病例进行流行病学分析。结果:2006-2007年监测农药中毒病例432例,死亡11例,病死率2.55%;生产性中毒病例多于非生产性中毒,生产性中毒病例中男性多于女性,非生产性中毒女性多于男性;中毒病例年龄集中在25~65岁,以有机磷农药为主;农药中毒主要集中在7~9月份,病例多发地为县域区。结论:预防农药中毒,应采取多部门协作的干预措施,提高农药中毒的防范能力。
Objective: To investigate the occurrence of pesticide poisoning in Tongling City and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of pesticide poisoning. Methods: The epidemiological analysis of 432 pesticide poisoning cases and active surveillance cases reported by Tongling pesticide poisoning monitoring system from 2006 to 2007 was conducted. Results: From 2006 to 2007, 432 cases of pesticide poisoning were monitored, 11 cases were fatal and the case fatality rate was 2.55%. There were more productive poisoning cases than non-productive poisoning cases. Among them, there were more males than females and more unproductive poisoned females Male; poisoning cases concentrated in the age of 25 to 65 years old, mainly organophosphate pesticides; pesticide poisoning mainly in the 7-9 months, the case of multiple county area. Conclusion: To prevent pesticide poisoning, intervention measures should be taken to improve the prevention of pesticide poisoning.
