自比较法产生以来,其研究问题的方法一直对国际私法产生着重大的影响。本文指出在当今国际私法统一化趋势的背景下,比较法的研究方法对于国际私法的发展有着巨大的推动作用,运用好比较的方法,对国际私法的发展有着重要意义。
Since the comparative law was developed, its methods of research have had a significant impact on private international law. This paper points out that under the background of the trend of unification of private international law today, the research methods of comparative law have a tremendous impetus to the development of private international law. Using a comparative method is of great significance to the development of private international law.
