老年人搞好自我保健,可以减缓衰老进程,焕发新的活力,提高晚年生活质量,我认为应做到如下三个方面: 一、食不过饱 《内经》云:“饮食自倍,肠胃乃伤。”《本草纲目》指出:“饮食不节,杀人顷刻。”告诫人们,尤其是老年人,不可食之过饱,更不宜暴饮暴食,否则,会使人致病甚至死亡。但是,生命有赖于饮食营养,为此也不可过饥,不然,日久又会因营养不良而致病。怎样才能恰好适量呢?《东坡养生术》中说:“已饥方食,未饱失止。”清
