肝脏作为能量代谢的中枢器官,在脂类代谢中起着十分重要的作用。肝细胞内的脂质总是处于动态平衡状态。肝脏脂质代谢稳态的变化是构成各种形式脂肪肝的基础,而肝脏脂质代谢又是受许多相关蛋白的调控和影响。1.影响血浆脂质代谢的蛋白质:人们目前知道能够直接影响血浆脂质代谢的蛋白质至少有18种,它们可划分如下三大类:(1)载脂蛋白类:包括ApoAⅠ、AⅡ、AⅣ、B、CⅠ、CⅡ、CⅢ、C、E、Apo(a)等;(2)血浆脂酶类:包括脂蛋白脂肪酶、肝脂酶、卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶和胆固醇酯转移
