许亚南在《宁波广播电视大学学报》2015年第3期《宁波市农村妇女教育培训情况调查报告》一文中指出,此次调查的3506名受访对象平均年龄为33.9岁,主要集中于21-45岁之间,占总数的89.9%。其中又以年龄段26-35岁最多,占总人数的39.5%。说明宁波的多数农村妇女正处于青壮年时期,是家庭中的主要劳动力,也是新农村建设的重要力量。是接受职业教育和培训的最佳时期。
