本实验从新西兰白兔分离出骨髓细胞,制成单细胞悬液后,进行细胞培养。培养4天,可见少量梭形及三角形细胞;7天,细胞克隆形成;16天时,细胞汇合成层。按1:3的比例传代,7天传代一次,观察细胞的形态、排列及增殖情况。从细胞生长曲线中可以看到:接种第一天细胞基本无增长,第2~6天,细胞增长明显;7天后细胞生长又趋缓慢。本实验结果表明兔骨髓细胞体外培养的可行性。
In this experiment, bone marrow cells were isolated from New Zealand white rabbits and made into single cell suspension for cell culture. After culturing for 4 days, a small amount of fusiform and triangular cells were observed. After 7 days, cell clones formed; at 16 days, cells merged into layers. According to the ratio of 1: 3 passage, 7 days passage time, observation of cell morphology, arrangement and proliferation. As can be seen from the cell growth curve: the first day after inoculation, the cells showed almost no growth, and the cells grew obviously on the 2nd to 6th days and the cells grew slowly on the 7th day. The experimental results show the feasibility of rabbit bone marrow cells cultured in vitro.
