建立核电厂反应堆功率控制系统模型,通过SIMULINK工具建模和仿真,对模型的仿真性能和系统的稳定性及合理性进行验证。在此基础上,采用S7-300系列的PLC作为反应堆功率控制现场执行机构平台,并进行系统组态、编程和实验验证,利用计算机对整个过程进行操作、监测和控制。经功率调节实验验证,系统控制响应稳定可靠,为进一步开展核电厂计算机控制技术研究和控制系统设计奠定了技术基础。
The reactor power control system model of NPP was established. The simulation performance and system stability and rationality of the model were verified by SIMULINK tool modeling and simulation. On this basis, the PLC of S7-300 series is used as the platform of reactor power control on-site actuator, and the system configuration, programming and experimental verification are carried out. The whole process is operated, monitored and controlled by computer. The power regulation experiments show that the system control response is stable and reliable, which lays the technical foundation for further research on computer control technology and control system design of nuclear power plant.
