分析了图书馆转型的背景以及新形势下图书馆管理系统存在的诸如顶层设计与规划不充分、标准化体系不够完善、信息化的深度和广度不够等问题。在此基础上提出了下一代图书馆管理系统的基本特征,即平台化、资源与服务的整合以及新技术的广泛应用。并以重庆大学图书馆为实证研究案例,分析了向服务平台转型的下一代图书馆管理系统存在的问题,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
This paper analyzes the background of the library transformation and the problems existing in the library management system under the new situation such as inadequate top-level design and planning, inadequate standardization system and insufficient informatization. On this basis, the basic characteristics of the next generation of library management system are put forward, that is, the integration of platform, resources and services and the extensive application of new technologies. Taking Chongqing University Library as a case study, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the next generation of library management system transformed to service platform and prospects its development trend.
