信息化是当今社会发展的基本趋势和基础架构之一。“信息化”是我国企业特别是制造业企业向世界级水平进步发展的重大进程之一。因此,全国人大代表、用友董事长王文京两会上提议,把“信息化强企”工程作为继“基础设施建设”工程、“家电(及汽车)下乡”工程后的第三个拉动内需的国家战略工程,在全国企业(可以扩大到政府机构和事业单位)集中3年左右时间组织实施信息化专项行动计划,促进信息技术在企业的生产、经营、管理中全面普及应用,推进我国企业整体转型升级和政府机构向服务型发展。本刊记者就如何在当前形势下加强企业信息化发展采访了王文京。
