蒽、菲和咔唑是焦化产品中经常要测定的组份。过去曾有人用氯化镉加聚乙二醇-20M色谱柱、液晶填充柱、液晶不锈钢毛细管色谱柱分离蒽、菲和咔唑,但分析周期均较长。我们曾用半米长联苯型芳羧酸酯类液晶填充柱分离这一混合物,分析时间仍不够理想。本文采用双-(对正戊氧基苯甲酸)-4,4'-联苯二酚酯液晶的WCOT柱分离蒽、菲和咔唑的混合物得到满意的结果。
Anthracene, phenanthrene and carbazole are the most frequently tested components of coking products. In the past, anthracene, phenanthrene and carbazole were separated by using cadmium chloride plus polyethylene glycol-20M column, liquid crystal packed column and liquid crystal stainless steel capillary column, but the analysis period was longer. We used a half-meter long biphenyl type aromatic carboxylic acid ester-type liquid crystal packed column separation of this mixture, the analysis time is still not ideal. In this paper, bis (p-n-pentoxybenzoic acid) -4,4’-biphenol ester liquid crystal WCOT column separation of anthracene, phenanthrene and carbazole mixture obtained satisfactory results.
