目的 观察大鼠血压降低后脑内星形胶质细胞 (AS)和神经元的反应及其相互关系。 方法 硝普钠静脉注射制作瞬间低血压模型 ,用抗Fos、抗GFAP和抗TH三重标记免疫组织化学方法 ,观察GFAP和Fos表达和分布规律及其与TH阳性神经元的关系。 结果 在脑内血压调节相关区域均出现GFAP和Fos表达 ,两者部位一致 ,且有亚核分布特点 ;在延髓和蓝斑等部位Fos或TH单标 ,或Fos与TH双标阳性神经元周围有GFAP阳性纤维包绕 ,形成 3种形式的复合体样结构。 结论 AS对血压变化反应敏感 ,并具机能定位特异性 ,推测星形胶质细胞可能与神经元共同参与脑内的信息处理
Objective To observe the response of brain astrocytes (AS) and neurons after blood pressure reduction in rats and their correlation. Methods The model of transient hypotension was established by intravenous injection of sodium nitroprusside. The anti-Fos, anti-GFAP and anti-TH triple-labeled immunohistochemical methods were used to observe the expression and distribution of GFAP and Fos and their relationship with TH-positive neurons. Results The expressions of GFAP and Fos were all found in the regions related to the regulation of blood pressure in the brain. The two sites were consistent and had subnuclear distribution. In the mononuclear cells of Fos or TH, such as the medulla oblongata and the locus coeruleus, or around the double positive neurons of Fos and TH GFAP-positive fibers wrapped around the formation of three forms of complex-like structure. Conclusion AS is sensitive to changes in blood pressure and has specific localization. It is speculated that astrocytes may participate in brain information processing together with neurons
