“重技术轻艺术”是我国体育舞蹈发展中存在的主要问题之一。原因在于没有建立一种科学途径让体育舞蹈的运动技能与艺术表达训练系统地结合起来,并有效地投入到教学训练实践中去。本文将从体育舞蹈的训练动机、训练过程到训练反馈,逐一研究体育舞蹈的运动技能与艺术表达训练相结合的途径问题,对体育舞蹈训练提供科学、系统、有效的理论依据。
“Heavy art light art” is one of the main problems in the development of sports dance in our country. The reason is that there is no scientific way to establish a systematic way of combining the sports skills of sports dance and artistic expression training and effectively put into the practice of teaching and training. This article will study the ways of combining the sports skill of dance and artistic expression training from the training motivation and training process of sports dance to the training feedback and provide a scientific, systematic and effective theoretical basis for the training of sports dance.
