目的 :研究单根牙牙槽骨吸收程度与最大牙合力的关系。方法 :选择 37例牙周病患者 ,710个单根牙 ,记录其前牙超覆牙合情况 ,拍摄牙片 ,测量每个受试牙的牙槽骨吸收程度和最大牙合力。结果 :最大牙合力值因个体间和牙位不同存在明显差异。当左右同名牙牙槽骨高度相近时 ,最大牙合力值相近。最大牙合力值与牙槽骨吸收程度有着明显的相关性 ,牙槽骨吸收程度增加 ,最大牙合力降低。牙周病易于导致前牙覆牙合深、超牙合大的牙合型。结论 :牙槽骨高度影响最大牙合力 ,牙周病将导致牙合的异常及咀嚼功能受到损害
Objective: To study the relationship between the degree of maxillary occlusion and the degree of alveolar bone absorption in a single tooth. Methods: Totally 37 patients with periodontal disease and 710 single root teeth were involved in the study. The overdenture occlusion of the anterior teeth was recorded and the teeth were taken. The degree of alveolar bone resorption and maximal occlusal force of each tooth were measured. Results: The maximum occlusal force values were significantly different between individuals and between teeth. When about the same name alveolar height similar, the maximum occlusion value is similar. The maximum occlusal force and the degree of alveolar bone absorption has a significant correlation between the alveolar bone absorption increased, the maximum reduction of occlusal force. Periodontal disease can easily lead to anterior teeth covered with deep, super-occlusal occlusal. Conclusions: Alveolar bone height affects maximal occlusal force. Periodontal disease will lead to abnormal occlusal function and impaired chewing function
