一、前言: 在模锻车间,锻坯成型之后,大多数要另行热处理。渗碳钢模设件一般要正火,调质钢模锻件常常要进行软化退火或调质。本文所叙述的装置专用于终锻后直接进行热处理、以便有效地利用热模锻后的余热。按照处理工艺过程分为锻件余热等温退火和调质。在等温退火中,特别是在结构钢里,形成一种具有良好切削性能的“黑白组织”(铁素体—珠光体组织)。调质包括淬火和回火、锻件从终锻温度直接调质仅指淬火而言,省掉奥氏体化加热,使用这种装置的生产成本大大低于使用传统调质设备的生产成
