本文研究了Intel公司MCS-8097BH十六位单片机在光纤式表面粗糙度测量仪智能化中的各种问题,介绍了该仪器智能系统的硬件组成和软件结构框图。新研制的系统使仪器的测量范围扩大、测量精度和稳定性得以提高,能测量R_a=5~0.005μm的表面粗糙度,并能使探头与工件表面的距离保持不变,以便作表面粗糙度的在线测量。
