目的了解浙江省蝇类种群、密度及家蝇抗药性现状,为蝇类防制提供依据。方法采用笼诱法,以红糖食醋水作为诱饵,4-11月调查蝇类种群、密度;采用点滴法调查家蝇的抗药性情况。结果所捕蝇类隶属3科10属14种,大头金蝇密度最高为3.36只/笼,家蝇次之;蝇密度高峰期在5、6月和8月;调查点家蝇对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗性较高,对敌敌畏抗性较低,对三氯杀虫酯基本无抗性。结论 6月为浙江省蝇类密度最高峰,家蝇、大头金蝇为优势蝇种;家蝇现场种群对拟除虫菊酯类抗性较高,在今后的防制工作中应提倡轮换或混合用药,控制抗性的发展。
Objective To understand the current status of flies population, density and housefly resistance in Zhejiang Province and provide the basis for the prevention and control of flies. Methods Cage induction method was used with brown sugar vinegar and water as bait. The flies population and density were investigated from April to November. The drug resistance of housefly was investigated by using the drip method. Results The flies were subordinate to 14 species belonging to 10 genera and 3 families, the highest density was 3.36 / cage, followed by housefly; the flies peaked at May, June and August; Pesticides higher resistance, lower resistance to dichlorvos, almost no resistance to trichlorfenicarb ester. Conclusion June is the highest peak of flies density in Zhejiang Province. Musca domestica and Drosophila melanogaster are the predominant fly species. Musca domestica populations are highly resistant to pyrethroids, and should be rotated or mixed in future prevention and treatment work , Control the development of resistance.
