中共城步苗族自治县委、县政府成立清理、验收、移交领导小组,发动县直机关清理、移交解放以来历年文书档案,以实际行动迎接机构改革。县委、县政府帮助各单位总结过去机构变动,人员调动,档案积压的教训,要求各单位领导以大局为重,认真做好档案清理、移交工作;在工作中把清交档案与提高对档案工作的认识结合起来,与健全完善档案工作制度结合起来,与培训档案干部队伍结合起来。在县委、县政府具体领导下,从五月中旬开始,县直44个科局、17个部办委单位抽调了290余人的清理队伍,对本单位历年积压档案进行了全面清理。目前,正陆续向县案档馆移交。据估计,这次按规定移交进馆的档案,可比原馆藏量增加一倍多。
