依据教育部办公厅印发《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》,以“应用信息技术优化课堂教学”为目标定位编制专家问卷,对回收问卷运用德尔菲法筛选观测条目,获得较为客观和稳定的测评指标估值。继之对指标数据进行层次分析,得出各个测评指标的相对权重,构建了内蒙古自治区中小学教师应用信息技术优化课堂教学能力的量化评价指标体系,经统计检验表明,该评价量表具有较高的次序一致性,可用于诊断目前内蒙古地区一线教师应用信息技术进行课堂教学中存在问题,进而有针对性地开展学习与培训。
