沥青路面是目前应用较为广泛的路面施工方法,在选定沥青道路设计施工方案时,必须综合考虑多方面的因素,如:路基条件、排水情况、可用的资金、材料、气候条件及可用的设备等等。在不良的路基上铺设高质量的混合料,或选择的设计方案与所需条件不符,是极不恰当的。要修筑良好的沥青道路,关键是要对粒料、粘结剂及施工方法做出明智的选择。只有综合考虑上述诸因素,才能经济而有效地达到沥青混凝土道路所要求的六项基本指标,即具有足够的荷载承载力、能够达到防排水、耗损材料最小、具有合理的路面结构、具有对底基层变形的适应性、对气候影响具有抗御能力。这就要求在修筑某一类型的沥青路面时,必须考虑以下三个主要因素:1)集料的级配及类别;2)粘结剂的种类;3)施工方法。
Asphalt pavement is a widely used pavement construction method. When designing asphalt pavement design and construction schemes, various factors must be considered, such as subgrade conditions, drainage conditions, available funds, materials, weather conditions and equipment available and many more. It is highly improper to lay high quality mixes on poor subgrade or choose a design that does not match the required conditions. The key to building good asphalt roads is to make informed choices about pellets, binders, and construction methods. Only by comprehensively considering the above-mentioned factors, can we achieve the six basic indexes required by asphalt concrete roads economically and effectively, that is, to have sufficient load bearing capacity, to achieve drainage and drainage loss, minimize material loss, have reasonable pavement structure, Adaptability of grassroots deformation and resilience to climate impacts. This requires the construction of a certain type of asphalt pavement, we must consider the following three main factors: 1) aggregate grading and classification; 2) the type of binder; 3) construction methods.
