羞怯是一种逃避行为的常见表现。如不敢在集体中发言,到大庭广众场合讲话脸红心跳,遇到陌生人局促不安,手足无措等。怎样克服呢? 1、要增强自信心。大哲学家黑格尔说:“人应尊重自己,并应自视能配得上最高尚的东西。”感到羞怯的人不要为自己的短处而紧张,相反,应常想到自己的长处。增强自信心,才能克服羞怯。
