目的比较实验室内不同温度下淡色库蚊氯氰菊酯抗性品系和敏感品系的生物学特性变化。方法在17、25和28℃3个不同温度条件下饲养两品系蚊幼虫,观察蚊虫的繁殖、发育及平均寿命等生物学特性。结果淡色库蚊在17℃条件下发育慢,历期长;在28℃条件下发育快,历期短。同一温度下抗性品系蚊卵、幼虫和蛹的发育历期及成虫寿命均低于敏感品系,卵期死亡率高于敏感品系。结论淡色库蚊抗氯氰菊酯品系在不同温度下与敏感品系比较均表现出环境适应能力下降。
Objective To compare the biological characteristics of cypermethrin resistant and susceptible strains of Culex pipiens pallens at different temperatures in laboratory. Methods Two species of mosquito larvae were bred at three different temperatures of 17, 25 and 28 ℃. The biological characteristics such as reproduction, development and average life expectancy of mosquitoes were observed. Results Culex pipiens pallens developed slowly and prolonged at 17 ℃. The Culex pipiens pallens developed rapidly at 28 ℃ with short duration. The developmental duration and adult longevity of the mosquito eggs, larvae and pupae of the resistant strains at the same temperature were lower than those of the susceptible strains, and the mortality rate at the egg stage was higher than that of the susceptible strains. Conclusion The resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to cypermethrin to the susceptible strain at different temperatures showed a decrease in environmental adaptability.
