应用聚氯乙烯(PVC)的共混增韧机理,选用复合的多功能助剂,用挤出成型的方法生产硬质PVC-U型材,按照GB/T 8814—2004标准对硬质PVC-U型材的物理和化学性能进行了测试,优选出硬质PVC-U型材生产配方及其制备工艺。结果表明,新配方生产的产品在表面光亮度、焊角强度、耐低温、抗老化性能方面得到显著提高,在不增加单位质量的前提下型材壁厚的增加有了较大突破。使产量提高30%左右,简化了操作,降低了成本。
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) blend toughening mechanism, the selection of multi-functional composite additives, the use of extrusion molding method to produce rigid PVC-U profiles, according to GB / T 8814-2004 standard rigid PVC-U The physical and chemical properties of the profiles were tested, the preferred formulation of hard PVC-U profiles and its preparation process.
