太极拳作为中华武术的瑰宝,具有修身养性、强身健体、提高肌体免疫能力等特点。既是一门“独步武林”的技击术,又是一门提高生命质量的健身养生术,因此受到越来越多中老年学员的青睐。近几年来,笔者在老年大学进行太极拳教学的过程中,深刻认识到:必须遵循太极拳自身的拳理和中老年人的身心发展规律,科学施教、循序渐进,才能让学员们掌握太极拳要领,快速练好拳。
