图示是一种自动补偿镗刀磨损的补偿装置。进行补偿时,由步进电机或其它传动机构使传动套1产生轴向移动,传动套上的锥面则通过杠杆2使镗杆3产生径向弹性变形,从而实现镗刀的微量补偿。
Illustration is a kind of automatic compensation boring tool wear compensation device. During compensation, the drive sleeve 1 is moved axially by a stepper motor or other transmission mechanism. The cone on the drive sleeve is elastically deformed by the lever 2 to make the boring bar 3 radially deformed, so as to realize a slight compensation of the boring tool.
