通过对不同基因型大豆进行灌溉处理,研究了灌溉对大豆生理特性及产量的差异。结果表明:1)随着生育进程的推进,植株叶面积指数先逐渐增高后又降低,灌溉提高了植株的叶面积指数,增加了植株的地上部生物产量;植株相对生长速率逐渐降低,在生长后期甚至出现了负增长,基因型对相对生长速率的影响高于灌溉。2)灌溉可显著增加大豆单株荚数,从而提高产量,但基因型以及二者互作对大豆单株荚数的影响未达显著差异水平;同一灌溉条件下,辽豆14的单株荚数高于辽豆21。3)灌溉和基因型对大豆的产量影响均达到了显著差异水平,同一灌溉条件下,辽豆14的产量优于辽豆21;同一品种,灌溉的产量优于未灌溉处理,产量以处理“辽豆14+灌溉”为最优。
