采用实证研究方法,对一所高职院校的学校组织文化水平进行了测量,结果证明丹尼尔·丹尼森的组织文化测量模型适用于学校组织文化水平测量,问卷信度较高;男、女教师在学校组织文化能力发展、协调整合指标上的认知有显著差异,不同学历教师在能力发展、核心价值、目标和愿景指标上的认知有显著差异,不同职称教师对目标的认知存在显著性差异,不同职务教师在能力发展、协调整合、关注客户、目标和愿景五项指标的认知上存在显著性差异。
