小檗胺在10~(-6)M浓度时能延长复极90%的动作电位时程(APD_(90)),并轻度降低平台幅度。10~(-5)M时延长平台期时间,并降低动作电位幅度(APA)和0相最大上升速率(Vmax),但静息电位不受影响。
Berbamine prolonged 90% of APS duration (APD_ (90)) at 10 ~ (-6) M concentration and decreased plateau amplitude slightly. 10 ~ (-5) M extend platform time, and reduce the action potential amplitude (APA) and 0 phase maximum rate of increase (Vmax), but the resting potential is not affected.
