现如今,我国改革开放进程逐渐加快,国有企业只有健康向上的发展才能使我国国民经济稳步发展。要想推动我国国有企业的科学发展,那么转变国有企业人事管理战略十分必要。目前,由于我国国有企业不注重人事管理的发展,所以在人事管理上存在一些问题,不利于发展与创新,只有转变人事管理的战略,才能够促进国有企业的发展进步,使企业在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。
