自我国开始“十二五”规划以来,我国的经济发展日益迅速,建筑工程的数量也以极快的速度上升。在建筑施工工程方面,由于我国发展的起步较晚,虽然工程建筑行业的发展较为迅速,但是仍然会出现发展不完善的情况。全过程工程造价管理是我国应用较广泛的工程造价管理体系,但是由于发展的技术不甚成熟,仍然存在许多漏洞;而全生命周期工程造价管理体系在国际上的应用较为广泛,在建筑施工工程的造价管理体系中应用较为合理,因此,对于工程的造价管理,应采用全生命周期的方式,能够对工程造价的分析和管理起到良好的改善效果,并且能在一定程度上规避风险,因此,全生命周期管理方式值得应用。本文将全过程与全生命周期两种工程造价管理方式进行对比,并得出结论。
