1994年4月初,由兰州市公安局送来一块从被害人手臂上削割下来的上面带有模糊字迹的手臂皮肤,长7cm,宽5.5cm,厚度为0.7cm,皮肤保存完好。因当时现场检验拉动被害人衣袖,摩擦皮肤表面,使有些字迹变得模糊不清,用彩色摄影,所得照片无法辨别鉴定其字迹。我们采用红外摄影方法,取得了较好的效果。皮肤上书写字迹材料为蓝黑墨水,可以强烈吸收750mm左右的红外线,人体皮肤反射红外线,血渍被红外线穿透,故采用红外摄影方法,可记录其影像。拍摄器材采用百佳相机,加二节接圈。/保定产1075红外胶片。/750mm红外滤光镜。/普通打光灯。分别使用红外透射摄影和红外反射摄影两种方法。
At the beginning of April 1994, Lanzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau sent a piece of arm skin with fuzzy handwriting cut from the victim’s arm, 7cm long, 5.5cm wide and 0.7cm thick.
