当今我国经济社会的快速发展对高职毕业生提出的新要求是:具有职业道德、职业技能、就业创业能力及综合职业素养的高素质全面发展的高端技能型人才。这就要求学生不但要学好专业知识与技能,还要具备主动适应社会和自学提高的能力,而学生具备这种综合素质的必要前提条件,就是学生必须具有较强的自主学习意识,即学生要在认清社会、认清自我的基础上,制定切实可行的学习目标,积极主动地提高自己的综合素质,以适应社会需要和自我发展需要。然而要做到这一点,需要在教师的正确、有效的引导下,以学生为主体,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,调动学习兴趣,激发主动学习意识。本文就培养学生自主学习意识的重要性、学生自主学习意识不健全的原因和激发学生自主学习意识的途径进行了一定的探讨。
Today’s rapid economic and social development in China puts forward new requirements for higher vocational graduates: high-quality all-round development of high-end skilled personnel with professional ethics, vocational skills, employment and entrepreneurship and comprehensive professionalism. This requires students not only to learn professional knowledge and skills, but also have the ability to take the initiative to adapt to society and self-improvement, and students have the necessary prerequisite for the overall quality is that students must have a strong sense of self-learning that students want On the basis of recognizing the society and recognizing ourselves, we should formulate practical and feasible learning objectives and actively improve ourselves to meet the needs of our society and the needs of self-development. However, in order to do this, under the correct and effective guidance of teachers, students should be the main body, give full play to students’ subjective initiative, mobilize their interest in learning and stimulate the awareness of active learning. This article discusses the importance of cultivating students ’awareness of autonomous learning, the reasons why students lack the awareness of autonomous learning, and the ways of stimulating students’ autonomous learning.
