目的在《江苏省中药材标准》(1989年版)修订之际,建议土牛膝质量标准修订。方法对土牛膝组织显微鉴定,增加薄层色谱鉴定,浸出物测定和主成分β-蜕皮甾酮HPLC法测定。结果《江苏省中药材标准》(1989年版)中对土牛膝的描述与现今鉴定结果多有不同,可能与药材多年来的变异有关。结论《江苏省中药材标准》(1989年版)中对土牛膝的描述与现今鉴定结果多有不同,建议原标准根据实际情况修改。
Objective In the “Jiangsu Province, Chinese Materia Medica Standard” (1989 edition) revised on the occasion, recommended Achyranthes quality standards revision. Methods Microscopic identification of Achyranthes bidentata tissue, identification by thin layer chromatography, determination of extract and determination of β-ecdysterone by HPLC. Results The description of Achyranthes bidentata in “Chinese medicinal materials standard of Jiangsu Province” (1989 edition) is different from the current identification results, which may be related to the variation of herbs for many years. Conclusion The description of Achyranthes bidentata in “Chinese medicinal materials standard of Jiangsu Province” (1989 edition) is different from the current appraisal results. It is suggested that the original standard should be modified according to the actual situation.
