本文采用阳极复膜、光镜、电镜、图象仪、DSC法等手段,系统研究了混合轻稀土(0~0.36%)对Al-Mg-Si合金铸态组织的影响。结果表明,稀土细化枝晶组织有一临界含量,当稀土量大于该含量时,稀土才会较显显地细化枝晶组织;稀土细化晶粒在低含量时最为明显;随着稀土含量的升高,液体表面张力减小,(FeSiAl)相中的Fe逐渐被Ce和La所取代。从铸态组织考虑,Al-Mg-Si变形铝合金中以加入0.15~0.30%RE为宜。
In this paper, the effect of mixed light rare earth (0 ~ 0.36%) on the as-cast microstructure of Al-Mg-Si alloy has been studied systematically by means of anodic film, light microscope, electron microscope, image analyzer and DSC method. The results show that there is a critical content of the refined dendritic structure. When the content of rare earth is more than this content, the rare earth will refine the dendrite structure obviously. The grain refinement of rare earth is the most obvious at low content. With the increase of rare earth content , The surface tension of the liquid decreases, and Fe in the (FeSiAl) phase is gradually replaced by Ce and La. Considered from the as-cast microstructure, it is appropriate to add 0.15-0.30% of RE in the Al-Mg-Si deformed aluminum alloy.
